    I am trying to purchase Left 4 Dead 2 but it keeps saying that the transaction is encrypted. I tried other cards as well but it still doesn't work. I really want the game, could you help?

    Also it's really sad I have to come here, none of the bots they send me to are helping me and they tried to get me to pay money for an answer ._.

    You can't use the edge browser on the xbox one for 360 purchases you must use the pc and the website

    None of this information has helped, I have checked everything and the problem persists. I've contacted customer support and they've told me they will look into it and email me with updates, that was 2 days ago. I was told my credit card was blocked due
    to too many failed purchases which doesnt make sense because the message displayed the first time i bought it, I'm able to buy xbox one games, just not backwards compatible games.
