Trouble Processing your Payment?

So I don't know what is going on with Xbox today, but I'm trying to buy Need for Speed, but yet it's coming up with "Contact us at Microsoft Support" - "We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out." I've never had this
problem before, and I know for a fact I have money because I just put in my check from work this week into my debit card. I've tried multiple games and add-ons, and they all say the same thing. I'm not sure what to do?

So I can't buy or renew my subscription.

Its probably because your details don't match up
