Trouble playing with friends

How do u simulate the other teams when you are playing with other people on franchise mode?

But I want to play now!!!!

This happens with every popular EA game when it first comes out. I've gotten used to it. EA has dedicated servers. These servers have a limit. When an EA game first comes out, tons of players hop on and it puts a heavy strain on the servers making it harder
to connect to people. This will be like this for the first 3-4 days until people start to ease off of the game.

Thanks DakkaRaptor. I did try the cache clearing, but it didn't seem to work. I will have to read up on the remove and re-add the accounts. I'm a bit nervous about that, but I will read up on it. Thanks.

I haven't been able to either. Tried w/ to people. I get the same errors as OP. Joining a party doesn't give an option to invite party to game. And sometimes the other player is actively playing online, but isn't even shown as online to me! For instance,
right now I'm in a party with a friend that my Xbox believes is currently offline in my friends list. WTF!

The ONLY way I was able to play online with a friend was to join an already started game, meaning that I would be in the same game lobby, but not always on the same team.

Any fixes or insight on any of this?????
