    Trouble playing one blu ray


    recently purchased the tragically hip - a national celebration on Blu-ray. The disc would not advance beyond a picture on the title screen. Returned the disc for another copy and encountered the same issue. Online reviews and forums indicate this is a
    problem people are experiencing with this disc and the Xbox one. Are there any solutions?

    Sorry to hear the trouble you're having with the Blu-ray app! Let's have you
    clear the persistent storage     of the blu-ray app, then give a power cycle a go. After your console powers back on please try playing another Blu-ray.

    Blu Ray app not playing 3D discs

    Is anybody else having trouble playing 3D Blu Ray discs through their Xbox One X? I've tried 3 different 3D movies and none of them will play.

    seems like this forum used to have mods and support. I guess that’s no longer the case when you spend $500 on a system that can’t function like a $100 blu ray player

    Problem reading dvd discs?

    Hey, guys, I'm having the same issue with my Xbox one not playing dvds. When I put the disc in the Blu-ray player app launches and then gives me this message. "We are having trouble reading this. Make sure it's a Blu-ray or DVD. If it's a game try launching
    it from your game & app instead ( 0x91d70000) ". It plays Blu-ray and game discs just fine.
