Trouble playing downloaded game

Thanks for replying. I don’t think that’s the issue as its only PG and he has other PG games already. Is there anywhere you can get support from microsoft? The website wasnt much help and I couldnt find a simple phone number or chat option.

Maybe the account you are trying to play on is restricted under child settings restricting access to that specific game that may be rated to high.

delete the game off the hard drive, clear your console's cache and redownload the game game again. To clear the cache go to settings, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache then restart your console. Power it back on and redownload
the game. Hopefully this solves the problem your having.
