Trouble playing a game

Hello, I am having trouble playing Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. I BOUGHT THIS GAME BACK IN 2015 as a download code from Walmart. NOW in 2017, I go to try and redownload it to play it again on Xbox One, but in order to do that I have to pay
an ADDITIONAL $32 ON TOP OF THE NEW RELEASE PRICE I PAID FOR IT BACK IN 2015 so I do that, but call the next day to have them refund that. NEXT THING YOU KNOW, BECAUSE THEY REFUNDED IT, BACK TO SQUARE 1 WHERE I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN TO PLAY A GAME I HAVE
ALREADY FRICKIN OWNED SINCE 2015. I HAVE BEEN TALKING WITH XBOX SUPPORT FOR A WEEK NOW JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME, SORRY, YOUR OUT OF LUCK, YOUR OPTIONS ARE PAY ANOTHER $32 roughly ON TOP OF THE NEW RELEASE PRICE THAT I PAID BACK IN 2015 roughly around $60,
OR IM OUT MONEY AND GAME THAT I PAID FOR. MICROSOFT, WHAT A JOKE AND A RIP OFF. GIVE ME A DAMN CODE TO GET MY GAME FOR FREE SINCE I ALREADY BOUGHT MY DAMN GAME FOR roughly $60 IN 2015. I AINT SPENDING NO ADDITIONAL $32 roughly TO END UP HAVING TO SPEND A
TOTAL OF $92 roughly FOR A GAME I ALREADY FRICKIN OWN IN THE LONG UN JUST TO PLAY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST MICROSOFT TO INCLUDE ANYONE
HAVING THESE ISSUES WITH MICROSOFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having this same issue. Any game I try to play it simply pulls it up for a few seconds then goes back home.

Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

That should fix the issue for you.

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. First I wanted to ask if you're sure that Walmart sold this as a download code. I'm only asking because Walmart does not have download codes for games, only discs.

As for your issue, if you did originally own this game on your account you should be able to download it without charge by going to my games and apps then ready to install. If you are unable to do so then I'm afraid you'll need to continue dealing with
phone support as only they can help with billing issues.
