ok so I've had this problem for quite a while now and iv wanted to redownload forza 4 but it wont let me I've updated to windows 11 I've done everything I could possibly find on the internet to do and nothing is working I've recently just been trying to download the Xbox app but I cant. it says starting download then acquiring license and then it says that there was a problem on our side so I don't know what to do. can someone pls help me. and I just tried it and it didn't say starting download just acquiring license then the error

May we ask for a screenshot of the error message you encounter in trying to download? Please use this as guide, How to include a screenshot in your post.
May we ask if you can sign into your Microsoft account (that purchased the game) successfully in here - Microsoft account | Order history?
May we know if you can see the Forza Horizon 4 listed among the apps you own or is your subscription (if any) active?
Have you tried performing this troubleshooting - I can't find or install an app from Microsoft Store?

The only way to get a refund would be to follow the steps
