    Trouble messaging


    I am having trouble messaging from an account it wont allow me to reply but i am able to receive the messages, I called online support and went through multiple of steps to figure out a solution, but none were able to solve the problem. All I want to do
    is be able to message back from the account, it is a separate from the main account. Tech support referred me here.

    The xbox live servers were indeed down over the weekend, but they should be resolved now, let us know if you have any more troubles

    Ever since about 7:00 or so I've had trouble sending and recieving messages.It says that the message could not be sent.My connection has slightly been messing up,but I don't think that is the problem because my friend is having the same troubles.The Xbox
    LIVE Service Status said it had been fixed,but I'm still having difficulties.Thanks!

    Have you tried responding to messages here on Xbox.com instead of through your console? If not. please give that a try and please let us know if there's any change or a particular error message Trouble messaging :)
