Trouble looking for group

Hi Im having an issue because of an error for looking for post I have tried everything in my power to fix this issue but nothing seems to work. From power cycling to resetting my router and i still receive the same message. So far I have only tried
it with Rainbow Six Siege but i can only assume it will be the same exact message for other games is there anything else i can do to fix it? -Thank you in advance

How long have you faced the problem? A few days ago this problem was recurring on xbox live, but quickly fixed.

I would recommend trying out a soft factory reset.

Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.

Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the
reset.

Do the soft reset and let us know the results!

Understanding your current situation, this problem is usually caused by network reasons. You can try the following methods:

1.Change network environment：

You can try changing the network environment (for example, connecting the device to another operator's network or using a wired connection).

2.Modify NDS to strengthen the connection with Microsoft servers:

Find "Settings" - "General" - "Network Settings" - "Advanced Settings" - "DNS" on the Xbox console Settings" - "MANUAL", set "Primary DNS" to: 8.8.8.8, "Secondary DNS" to "8.8.4.4"

3. Change the Xbox console port:

In the Xbox console, find "Settings" - "General" - "Network Settings" - "Advanced Settings" - "Alternate Port Selection", change the selection to manual, use another port and restart the Xbox console, and check whether it can be found normally after restarting.
