Trouble logging into my Xbox One

I’m hoping someone could help me. I am having trouble logging into my Xbox One, but it’s happening with every single account on my Xbox, not just one account. Also, this message always appears after attempting to log in:

“We couldn’t sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x8007042C”

I am at a loss as to what to do. Please help!

Is Xbox live down at the moment?

I am also unable to login to XBOX Games for the past 2 days.

Hi there!

Let's have you power the console down, unplug it for about 5 minutes, then power it back on and try again.

If you run into the same issues can you post a photo of your detailed network stats, NAT type, and any errors you are seeing on the console.

Ok I just tried to login to another Microsoft account and it kept asking for my password

We can try that too, sign out from your Microsoft account (inside Settings app) on your actual profile. Then create a new profile and link your account to it

Windows 11. I had upgraded it a few months ago but its not because I upgraded. It had worked for like 2 weeks after I upgraded.
