Trouble logging into Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Hi!

I can't log in to XBox app on Windows, or Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The account is the same as here (FinickyApple15)

The error message for Solitaire Collection is 1170000, and I've tried the following:

1. Reboot the computer.

2. Reinstall the apps, then restart again.

3. Check windows update, and run the troubleshooting tool, then restart.

4. Check XBox servers for whether they're online.

This problem has persisted for about 2 weeks now. I'd appreciate any help, as I bought premium to get rid of ads and have my saves in the cloud properly, it's not fun to have all the progress erased because of a login issue.

Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

Hey, same person here. Just a different account as I'm helping a family member, and sent the first message from his account/computer.

We never tried to sign into solitaire with another account, because it won't allow for a any sign-in info at all, clicking the guest icon just produces the error message.

It is possible to reach the account through web though, obviously as the post was made through that account.

Though I guess the best way to test this would be attempting to log into the account, on the solitaire app, on another computer? And if this works, there's a solution for the initial device?

Thanks for the update. It would be nice if you would try to sign in your account on Microsoft Solitaire using different device. To answer your question. Yes, we would try some troubleshooting to fix the issue with the other device.
