Trouble logging into elder scrolls online since then horns of the reach

I have had problems getting on to ESO since the horns of the reach update and can't seem to get in the game past the character/s selection. I have followed all instructions from the eso representatives and can't get it to work also I have done the by following
the instructions from the Xbox live team and nothing seems to work on my account for eso. I have set up a temporary account which works but I want to find out why or what's going on with my original eso game.

Looking for Game

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind : D it beats all. But if you're talkin bout current gen, then The Elder Scrolls Online by far.

Nope, especially since all of them except Elder Scrolls Online are available on Xbox 360

What exactly is happening in your game after character selection? Is it freezing/booting you to dash/prompting an error message?

Which steps have you performed as recommended by Xbox Support? If you haven't tried it already, I would probably suggest uninstalling and re-installing the game.

Could you specify as to what is happening when you attempt to start the game?

When I start the game up get to my character screen click the character I'm using as I start loading in the eso emblem that spins gets a little lag then I hear my in game mail go. Then the eso emblem stops followed by me getting booted out the game to the
main eso screen with the error message "303 connection timed out to server or something like that."

I may suggest you try to reach out to Bethesda customer service and see if they can shed any light. What I would also suggest in the meantime is: try logging into the game on another account and see if it loads up. If so, the issue may lie in your account
and you may need to remove it and re-add it to your console. Steps here: Link
