    Hi

    I am trying to log into my child's xbox one however when I enter the details and click enter, the loading spinner appears and never disappears and I don't get logged. Can somebody help please?

    Logging into child account

    I had the same problem. After talking with a tech support rep. I had to log into my sons account on xbox.com. it immediately prompted my child to have an adult log into there account. there was a link at the bottom that took me back to the log in page.
    i had to log into my account then it asked me to verify that i am an adult by entering my credit card information. It also said it had to charge my account .50 to verify that i am an adult. It says that all proceeds will be donated to charity. This is
    very frustrating that xbox would have to charge my account to verify that I am an adult. If all xbox customers have to do this that is roughly 23 million dollars. Seems like a scam to me. Might be time to look at Playstation.

    That sounds like it could be an internet connection or a problem with live. Sometimes when live acts up some of us have trouble logging in. Just a thought.

    The trouble I see with this option is my son has to send me the request from his account as it’s a child’s account

    Can I log in to his account via website and do the process as described ?

    G'day PlanetEclipse! Sorry to hear about the troubles with accepting the ToU. Were you able to get in touch with our Twitter team or a chat support agent? If so, what was their advice? Is the child account able to log in on an Xbox 360 console?

    Hey, Have you logged into the emails assigned to each child's account? Also, log in to your own to see if you have any messages, it could be due to a family setting or account issue,

    Check out the Xbox Family settings app on mobile I believe it is in beta but it is is really helpful for checking settings for your child's accounts.
