    Trouble loading from "the cloud"


    I am having problems with Microsoft Solitaire since upgrading to Windows 10. I have noticed that when I log into Xbox that there are now 2 versions of the game. One is Xbox Windows and the other is Xbox Live (this one is called the collection and has achievements
    against it). There are also now 2 copies of Mahjong in Xbox. There is only one copy of each showing on my PC though. Could this be why I'm not able to load the game (Solitaire) because it's confused between the two, and how do I sort that out with the online
    copies?

    This is true, but the problem comes about when you save offline to your hard drive, it won't be synchronized to your cloud save. Meaning, if load the game later on, when back online, the cloud save, not the hard drive save will
    be loaded. Overwriting your hard drive save.

    You can stop the cloud save from loading, but you need to be paying attention when it happens.

    Have you tried cloud gaming through a different browser? How about on your phone? Can you please check If it loads?

    Can you also open or play other games on the cloud aside from NBA

    Try loading the game to the cloud from your friend's HDD, then from the cloud to your HDD.

    Nurburgring not loading

    At the official forza site its been noted. They already know about the dlc tracks and cars not loading. They say its Microsoft cloud holding up the deal. I had troubles with Nurburgring and LeMans yesterday. Had to power down xbox1 and unplug internet
    cord. Then plug it all back in and go back a few times to try and get the tracks to load. That one track took me like 5 tries before it loaded. Its the cloud that's messing things up. Was very frustrating day yesterday.
