Trouble loading Friends and Achievements.

I recently moved and received an **** TG1672 modem/router combo from Bright House. Since I installed it, I've had problem loading certain apps for Xbox such as friends or achievements. As far as friends it will tell me the current number that is on but when
I click it to see who, I get the message "We can't show your friends right now)

I've attempted to remove the firewall, port triggering, changing the router mode. The problem is that with a slight change, the NAT Type goes to moderate then strict. As a last resort, I did a factory reset and I was able to get PVZ to work but the problems
with Friends and Achievements just reappear. Any ideas?

XBOX APP ON AN IOS DEVICE

App is very glitchy and am having troubles loading into anything. App will not even let me load into friends list or any features of the app.

Bug achievement "What Does This Button Do?"

yeah sure, so i made 500kills and i stopped to 797kills before loading dlc and the after loading dlc a friend invited me in private horde and the achievement "stock pilled" has been unlocked in the lobby of this private game but not the achievement "what
does this button do?". And for more information i begin the level of the silverback.

The Xbox One requires the ports 53, 80, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, and 4500 to be port forwarded. Did you try port forwarding these ports and then hard resetting your Xbox?

I am having trouble loading up friends list

I would try loading the game up on a friends console. and seeing if that helps. I had a friend that was doing everything for an achievement on his system and it would not ding. But as soon as he loaded the game up on my system and it got to the press start
menu the achievement dinged.

Think the achievement side of things maybe getting some maintenance or something? As Destiny says I have 0% ?? On a lvl 26 titan?. Plus the friends achievements board is not loading. Who knows?

I have a friend who needs this achievement so I went back through my saves and determined that my character was a level 79 when I loaded Dawnguard. I remember seeing the Legendary dragon within a few minutes of loading the DLC. It was my 1st achievement
on Dawnguard.
