Trouble loading cloud saves on Viva Pinata: TiP

Tried both options and still nothing.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help!

If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps. Go ahead and do a
hard restart and power cycle to the console.
Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox.

If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
soft factory reset.

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
2. Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
   
3. Select Reset console.

Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the
reset.

Give all of that a try and let us know the results!

I was having a similar problem, I deleted the local from the xb1 system loaded the game and pressed start and select which brought up a menu like xb360s. Clicked on storage then games then the game I wanted to import from the cloud.

storage on your Xbox One. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend going to your

Xbox 360 storage settings to check for any corrupt files on the saved data for your game. You will know if it is corrupt based on the data having an exclamation point next it. If the saved data is corrupted, then it may not be able to be recovered. If the
saved data shows no signs up corruption, we suggest attempting to
upload the saved data to the cloud one more time. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to clear local Xbox 360 storage:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to pull up the guide
2. Select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Storage
5. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage

Alright, so i’ve tried this and my gardens (save files) are still not showing up. It never asked me to re-sync cloud data after i cleared the 360 storage on my One. Just to be sure, i checked a few other of my backward-compatible 360 games which i have
cloud saves for, and they’re fine. For whatever reason it’s both of the Viva Piñata titles that are giving me trouble. I also checked the storage on my 360 for any exclamation points, and there aren’t any. Nothing is corrupt.
