Trouble linking xbox and riot accounts

I got mine working a few days ago, while I was just messing around with the settings.

I basically just removed myself from my family group even though I was the administrator. That seemed to work for me and I could connect the accounts and open my profile settings (which I wasn't able to do before) --> (Got redirected to a support page if I tried to open profile settings).

Open the Xbox PC App

Make sure that you are sign in with the account you want to link

Also do the same thing with the Microsoft Store

Try to link your account again

Open a browser

Use In-Private for Edge or Incognito for chrome

Visit : https://account.riotgames.com/xbox-game-pass-welcome

To link your account





Microsoft Login should pop-up after signing in you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions then everything should be linked.

Let us know the result and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We may recommend further troubleshooting steps once we have received your answers to the above questions.

I don’t know which Riot account is linked to my Xbox account. When I use my current Riot account to link my Xbox account, it prompts me that my Xbox account has been linked to a Riot account. Can I operate on the Xbox platform? Unlink my Xbox account from other Riot accounts
