Trouble linking Uplay app with account (Assassin's Creed Black Flag)

I got an Xbox One for Christmas with Assassin's Creed Black Flag as a digital download. On the main screen is asked me to create a UPLAY account, which I did. I downloaded the app to my phone and it could not sign in with the account (email address) that
I thought I had used. I tried the "forgot password" link and entered in several different email addresses with nothing showing up. Ok, so I created a new account online and tried linking it to my Xbox live account. Nothing seemed to happen.

I was playing Assassin's Creed Black Flag this morning and opened the Uplay app and it shows my account (the one I created after Christmas) but I can't seem to log out of that one to link it to the new one I created this morning OR find out what email address
I used with the original one so that I can sign in on my iPhone app.

Does anyone know how to either sign out of the app on the Xbox One or how to get the ios app to link to the Xbox One app?

Just brought the Assassin's Creed Anthology, so definitely buying Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag

Boas BS5, I Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag was a disappointment in my opinion.

My problem with Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag was that it was a wasted opportunity. Instead of taking a risk to create a new (Pirate) IP. They cash grabbed a solid pirate game and used the Assassin's Creed name.

Imagine having the Black Flag mechanics, with Dragon Age/Mass Effect style party/crew recruiting for your ship. Being able to board and take any ship and make it yours with total ship customization. That is only the surface of my ideas for what Black Flag
could have been.

And that is why I personally frown upon Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag. It was a fun, solid game. But a garbage Assassin's Creed

 

I have exactly the same problem! I used my xbox live account to connect with Uplay on my xbox but I dont know what e/mail I should enter in the black flag app. Everything I try is incorrect...

Anyone?

Sorry to hear about the issue! Have you set up a Uplay account yet? If not, head over to the
Official Uplay page, sign up, and link the new Uplay your Xbox Live account. If you have already signed up, it sounds like you may want to consider resetting your Uplay password. If you need further assistance
with Uplay, head over to Ubisoft's Support page.
