Trouble linking account

When the game closes, do you receive an error code?

Even if you have done some of the steps below, please do them again, but in this order.

Uninstall the game, clear the local saved data, reset your console, and then reinstall the game.

After uninstalling the game, clear the local saved games.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.

On the Manage storage devices screen, select: Clear local saved games. This deletes games saved to your hard drive, but they'll still be saved to the cloud.

Then, reset the console:

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Finally, reinstall the game.

Access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Then enter the Ubisoft Account Management website.

Hey there! Just to clarify, you are seeing this message on Paypal's site, correct? You might want to contact them to see why they are asking you to add yet another card. To use on our Marketplace, we require that the Paypal account info match your profile
info, and you have either a positive money balance or a valid credit card. Sounds like you have all that, so I'm not sure why it's asking you to add one.

Just as a heads up, we are currently receiving multiple reports regarding this particular linking issue, however, no official announcements have been made by Microsoft .In the meantime we can just perform troubleshooting steps.
