Trouble launching game

Good evening

I am currently Facing a problem when launching any game.

The console works perfectly fine when starting, but when selecting any game it will freeze and then to a black screen with a no signal sign.

I have already restarted my console ,checked the HDMI cable, and reseted the display.

Any help will be great thanks.

I have tried to play another digital game I own, Battlefield V, after installation I loaded it up, only to find it hasn't changed. It still crashes after getting into the first screen.

In addition, I have cleaned my Disc but it still produces the same results.
