Trouble installing XBOX One games to PC

I just purchased Assassin's Creed Origins Gold Edition from the Microsoft Store. Trying to install it to my PC as I have done with other games (like State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition) without any problems. When I go to the Microsoft Store to d/l it,
instead of they typical "Install" button, the button says "Install on my devices". I click on it and it gives me a pop-up window stating "I have no devices linked to this account". I do not have an Xbox and I thought you could play Xbox games on PC. In my
Xbox console companion, on my PC, I can't even find the game. Am I doing something wrong? Am I not able to play Xbox One games on PC? Is there something else I need to do to play Xbox One games on my PC? And if I'm doing something stupid please don't berate
me as I'm just new to PC gaming and haven't figured all the ins and outs yet.

Sorry but you'll need to ask for a refund as the game you have bought is for Xbox One only. Only a small selection of Xbox One games can be purchased and used on both systems, these games are listed

While the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 allows you to buy games, most of them are for console. Microsoft does not sell all games available on PC.

Assasins Creed Oddessy for PC can be purchased for download from Steam, uplay or the Epic Store.

I am sorry, I appear to have used the wrong tags on the post, I am having trouble installing it on my Windows 10 PC, not XBox One.

Here's a support article about remote installation on the Xbox One console for you. If you've never used it before or are uncertain whether your game purchase went through (either because you're having trouble finding the console through the remote device
or the game) then you should most likely wait to install the game or try the remote installation feature when you are actually with your console to make it easier.

Also when in the xbox PC app "IF" I try to install a new game to my PC it says to download the gaming services this I have now done on multiple occasions and I am still getting every installed game greyout out and the continuous green Having trouble installing and playing games warning at the bottom of the screen now tired everything everyone has suggested and getting nowhere.
