Trouble Installing Purchased game

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Since the game appears in your order history, I suggest you try the solutions below, please.

Solution 1: Make sure your windows are updated to the latest version, whether it's windows 10 or 11.

Solution 2: Make sure that the account in the Microsoft Store app and Xbox app are the same logged in both, in this case, the account that has the subscription.

Solution 3: If you don't have the Xbox app installed, download it from the Microsoft Store, and see if the Xbox app Minecraft can be downloaded.

Solution 4: Log out your Microsoft store account and also the Xbox app, now type the term WSRESET in the windows search bar and run the app as administrator, a window will open, wait for the window to close automatically and restart your computer, after that login your Microsoft Store account and Xbox app again.

To solve the issue you are experiencing I suggest you to delete the game, remove the account from your console, clear the console cache and download your account and the game again. Follow the step by step instructions:

a) Delete the game and the account

To remove the account from xbox live console

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove.

Select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close.

b) To clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.

c)To download your Xbox profile to the Xbox One console:

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2. Scroll down, and then select Add & manage.

3. Select Add new.

4. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox profile, and then select Enter.

5. Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

6. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

7. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences and download your Xbox profile to your Xbox One console.

Finally download the game again

Hi all, having a similar issue. When I try to play Fifa 15 which I have played for a while, it says ' installation stopped.' An error screen appears saying that the game appears to be corrupt with the error code x80070570. When I re-launch the installation,
it appears that there is nothing left to download as the game says ' ready to play'. However shortly after, 'installation stopped' appears again with the same error screen. Please help! Very frustrating.

I am having the same issue since around the april time frame. I finally got shadows of mordor to work though I didn't do anything special. One day it just downloaded normally. Right now I am trying to install far cry 4 and it is at 100% but keep stopping
the installation

Sadly you are not alone. I have been having the same issues for almost a week now. Xbox ambassadors are advising a range of fixes but none worked for me and I went as far as a full factory reset and an offline update. Searching the communities there are lots of other xbox users in the same boat. I have a feeling microsoft are aware of the issue but haven't acknowledged it yet.
