    Trouble Installing Games on EA Access


    Hi,

    From June 12 - June 22, EA Access has free play days.

    I installed the EA Access Hub and when i try to click on the "install now" when i'm at a game in the vault, it brings me to the game store in which there is no options for me to install the game without having to purchase the game. For example, NHL 16,
    right now it's telling me its $60 and it's not letting me install it via EA Access free play.

    I've been trying to resolve this issue for three days now.

    I contacted EA Support and they told me to contact Msft. I contacted Msft and they did standard troubleshooting activities with me such as hard reset of the system, reseting network, reseting account, uninstall and reinstall. At the end of the hour, nothing
    worked. They told me to go contact EA because they have exhausted all their methods. I went back to EA and EA once again told me to go back to Msft.

    Is there anyone that can help me resolve this?

    I went on forums and some people said you may be able to see it in your queue which i also tried and it didnt work.

    I've just about given up but thought i'd post it here to see as one last effort.

    Extremely disappointed that I cant access it.

    Gold and live?

    how do you get a game that's free with gold that you have on ea access or in game pass. I may not always be in ea access and would like to get it without uninstalling it then installing it again.

    Sorry, but it's not possible to purchase an EA Access subscription with Xbox currency. At this time it can only be purchased via credit card or Paypal. They will sell subscription cards in the future.

    Hey there bartenderike.

    Let's have you try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle by holding the power button down for 8-10 seconds, and then add your profile back. If you're still having troubles with EA Access after that, let's get you in contact with
    Phone/Chat support for assistance. Let us know how it goes :)
