Trouble installing game to pc after purchase. No applicable devices found

Try to download the Xbox app on your PC and try to download it from there.

I finally found the solution by myself. After purchasing a DLC pack, you still need to visit each individual content page in the Xbox application on PC and then install then cell "install" for each of them.

Now everything works perfectly.

I did as you instructed; I see my purchase and the button Install On My Devices is active, but when I click on it, it says "Where do you want to install? There are no applicable devices connected to this account." I have signed into the PC with the same Microsoft account I used for the purchase, so I don't understand what else to do...

I opened up the purchased game and found a button to install on my devices. I will try that.
