Trouble installing disk games been having issues a while now with certain games

Mine Is Still Freezing Up On Disk-based Games And Certain Downloadable Games. Has Anyone Been Having This Issue? Mine Has Been Going On For About A Week Now.

Another update...

Turns out the other day when I was installing and having those issues it was downloading the game from the store for some reason and installing, that's why it said it was downloading files or what ever it said but it never said installing. I just uninstalled
ghost and put the disk back in to install and it started installing from the disk.

I talked to Microsoft again and they said the other day customers were having issues with installs and that is what was happening and they were telling people to unhook network cable so the game would install in offline mode from the disk.

So that is why the game was able to continue the install while the disk was out haha. Looks like they fixed that issue as its installing from the disk now and way quicker than it installed the other day.

thanks I put in my friends disk and installed it. my game works fine now. I have heard that lots of people are having trouble with the game itself. like I said it didn't appear scratched, but maybe there was something wrong with the disk thanks anyways

Installed games had been working with no issues for a few days while uninstalled games played with the disk would trigger the system overheating prompt. Very recently however the problem is now occurring immediately following start up before I can even being
to fire up either type of game.
