    Trouble getting Xbox email


    Ever since late July of 2021 (this year), I haven't gotten Xbox email in a very while. I haven't gotten any more emails every time I check my inbox except for Xbox FanFest. What happened? Can someone help me with this?

    I haven't received emails like this even though Black Friday has started, but I believe they are not sending it to anyone, the last email I received was one about Xbox cloud gaming (Xcloud) that arrived in my country recently.

    Having said that I believe they are no longer updating about these things by email, only issues about events, since the last email you received.
