trouble getting into multiplayer

As soon as I go to online multiplayer

I get multiplayer Error

Authentication Failed

And it’s not just me another player

I race with gets the same reply as

I do. Trouble looks to be on there end. Ty for the reply

I got digital and was playing multiplayer at 1 minute past midnight.

I had no trouble getting in a game and matchmaking was very fast

Does anyone else have trouble getting the game to start in Multiplayer when you first start it up? The setting for this does not appear to be working.

I just want to clarify, when you mentioned you have "changed the settings" do you mean the Xbox privacy settings, is that correct?

Note: A child account is registered on the birthdate 21 years old and below upon the account's first creation while an adult account is registered on the birthdate 22 years old and older.
