Trouble getting content

The language setting is reverting back to 'English (United Kingdom)', because that's what I set it to when first activated my account in the United States. I could change the language to German or Arabic and what wouldn't make any difference for my account's
region. My account region is showing as the US, just as it should.

Anyway, I've explained all this. You're not reading closely.

 

You aren't fully understanding what it is

If the language setting is reverting to UK English then your account region is still uk

The default is us english

What you have is a split billing issue where the migrstion didn't complete or you only change on the console

Changing the region on your console doesn't affect the region of your accoimt

You will have to work with support on your account region issue

If you are running into errors on the migration you must use support

Also if the disk is from uk it won't work

 

Changing the language or locale doesn't affect the region of the accoujt

If you however do so on the console without region migration it does affect your account if you put payment options not matching your account regiom

Xbox 360 is region specific

Unlike xbox one

 

If you have uk and us under the foremen turned commerce site you may have split billing which case you need to escalate to billing

Or try and complete the migration and add a us billing option

 

What happens is if your account is still uk when you go to the marketplace it will send you to the UK marketplace

The locale doesn't affect the marketplace or your account region
