Trouble getting connection

    cant connect to friends world

    having trouble connecting to other games just keep getting connection failed message. done all the things and stuff to try and get it to work but just keep getting the same message. any help??

    If he's having trouble with their game crashing or connecting properly then their best bet would be to contact support for more help themselves so we can get the full picture from their end.

    To play on xbox live you must have an xbox live gold member ship to do so you can buy them at many different stored or through your credit/debit card. If that is not the issue I would try re-booting your modem and go from there.
