Trouble finding save file to delete

    Trouble finding save file to delete


    I want to delete all save files in order to restart AC Syndicate. I have tried instructions from the support database but I still can not find the cloud file. I get to a point where you manage game but then you are suppose to scroll right to the save file.
    However nothing is there. Any ideas?

    Anyone know how I can delete a Save Slot, to leave it empty again?

    Delete Save Files

    I have got it fixed.. in forza you can delete the profile by holding all 4 shoulder button and pressing y at the splash screen.

    This fixed it , now I have no problems

    Saves got corrupted and Deleted after a Windows format, how do I restore them?

    same issue with my Recore save file but I didn't format. I just boot up my pc and went straight to the game to find out that my saved file was deleted.

    I had 21H2 update, but there was another one and after installing that, it looks like it works again.
    Thank you very much and I'm sorry for not trying such an easy solution.

    After this check, without uninstalling the games I suggest doing some system recovery processes like Defrag, SFC and CHKDSK why it may be something in the Game Pass App, however if after that the progress does not appear unfortunately there was some corruption of the data at the time of saving.

    Hey Takedown,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with Forza.

    One thing I would recommend trying is to Power down the console by holding down the power button for 5 seconds. This will also clear your system cache.

    Leave your console off for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on and try playing the game again.

    Please let us know how everything goes.
