Trouble downloading Tomb Raider

Hey everyone. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

I "purchased" Tomb raider recently during the Games for Gold event. I left it to download and when I came back the next day it was not in my games library and was not downloading. I tried this a couple more times and the same thing happened. So to see
what was happening I started it downloading again and after maybe 30 seconds it just removes itself from the download list. I can't get it to download the game. This is the only game I have this problem with as I just successfully downloaded Bioshock Infinite.
There is nothing saved on my hard drive and I have plenty of space. I also have a fast and reliable internet connection.

Any thoughts?

just bought bioshock infinite and tomb raider...really need to stop buying games i can't really afford. infinite's awesome though, still downloading stuff for tomb raider.

It is possible that the downloaded item might have been corrupted. Try and look for that item on your storage device and check if Tomb Raider is listed under the Games & Apps folder. Delete that item and just start off with a fresh download and that should
work. Clear your system cache before redownloading the item just to be sure.

I have already looked. I have no Tomb Raider data anywhere on the hard drive. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Hi again!

Make sure as well to check for previous incomplete downloads and have those items deleted. If there isn't any data for Tomb Raider left from the previous installation in your Hard Drive, then it safe to assume you can start a redownload for a fresh copy
of the game. Go to Account Management and then Download History, select the game and then choose Download Again. On that downloading list, try to wait it out a bit until it gets past the 0%.

I sure hope it goes through this time.

 

There apparently was still data there. Just a little hard to find for some reason? Thanks a lot!
