    Trouble downloading this to my xbox one


    For the past few days, I have been trying to download Injustice: Gods among us to my xbox one. It is a backward compatible game so it should download right away. The problem is that whenever I try to make the purchase, it says that the transaction could
    not be completed through xbox.com and to try downloading it on my xbox (even though i was on my xbox in the first place). I also tried downloading it through xbox.com but the same thing showed up. I have a friend who owns an xbox 360 that downloads the backward
    compatible games for me, but when he tried to purchase injustice with my profile on his xbox, the transaction could not be made. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I have contacted microsoft agents to help me, but the problem could not be
    solved. Anybody know how to help me ?

    Why does games with gold ask me to for bank details in the us when I live in the uk and my friends don't have this trouble with their xbox one to download when downloading xbox 360 games

    Been having trouble Downloading Grid 2 on my Xbox one. Every time i try on the computer or Xbox, it just says "purchase cannot be completed, please try again". Anyone else have this problem? I hear there are quite a few people having trouble from Support

    So just to get this straight, if I buy a game on one system and download onto my other Xbox, the profile that downloaded the game has to be on the 2nd system so me and my friend can play the same downloaded game together on 2 different systems and I will
    not get into trouble for it?

    Sorry im answering on my other account, but yes i have run a network test and it comes out all good. I was also able to download one of the xbox live gold games with no trouble at all. I also tried on my other xbox and apps download just fine.
