Trouble Downloading Rainbow Six Siege

I keep trying to download Rainbow Six Siege from the XBOX PC app, and when I try to install it all it does it brings me to a gray screen in the Ubisoft app. I have game pass ultimate, so the game should be included. I've tried to restart my PC, and use the "view game in Ubisoft" button with the same results. I have attached the screen that results from pressing either button.

Did anyone downloaded their profile on your console or activated the gameshare/home share? Please take note that some games like Rainbow Siege had a free to play weekend that allowed people to download and play it for free temporarily

Hello Alfiec, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game.

The error code you've posted does suggest a networking issue. Have you tried all the steps listed here https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/rainbow-six-... for your device?

To access your Rainbow Six Siege currency pack, search for “Rainbow Six Siege – Tom Clancy’s The Division Pre-order Currency Pack” on the Xbox Store and download from the details page.

Rainbow Six Extraction should work, yes. I have just tested....once I installed Ubisoft Connect, clicking the Install button in the XBox App opens up a screen in Ubisoft Connect directing me to log in to my MS account. So it should work fine.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Ubisoft Connect?

What anti-virus and firewall are you running? If it's anything other than Windows firewall and Defender, then I'd recommend temporarily disabling as they can often cause problems
