Trouble downloading mass effect 3

I bought a 360 version of mass effect 3 from game stop. It has 2 disk and upon downloading the 1st disk the game said it was installed so I tried to play it and the screen went black.What do I need to do to get the game fully loaded...the guy at
gamestop said just plug the second disk in but the console says this game is not compatible please help thanks

EA has a fix for this particular issue over on their
support page. Give those steps a try and if you're still having issues, please let us know

EA Troubleshooter for the same issue you describe. The steps it provide should work while playing via Backward Compatibility. Let us know how it goes

So you've tried playing the game from both discs and neither work? Which disc did you install from, disc one or two? I recommend uninstalling the game, holding down the power button for 10 seconds or so, and then reinstalling using disc 1 and trying again.

Let us know if that works or if you still can't load the game.
