Trouble downloading halo

Ok guys even tho I got the refund the download was still available as I didn't cancel it I have turned off my console on 33% and 34% and it has held both times so I am going to assume it is fixed. Whether the system update fixed slc bugs or the extra 15gb
halo update added a bug to the download it seems to be fixed.

No I turned it off myself. I have about 9 games and only 2 of them are hard copies I always used the "instant on" setting whilst downloading and this is the first time this has happened. I also mentioned my internet is very slow so we would be talking about
leaving my xbox on for up to 2 days solid, and that is in hope that it works. I don't think this should be the solution though as like ive said this is the first time ive had this problem.

I'm not trying to be negative but there is only 1 ISP where I live so having this cap is not an option, leaving me little room to try these things.

DeathMole, glad you clarified that - you hadn't previously mentioned how much of your cap had already been used, so yes, 50GB does indeed sound like a high number. I've reported this to the Alpha team to see if there's any info out there right now on this.
Keep me posted, and I'll follow up as soon as I learn more.

Thanks for all the advice guys but yea I have cancelled the digital pre-order. Just gunna have to grab a hard copy. Ive been informed the recent console update has fixed it for anyone else that has had the problem but I don't want to risk buying it again
as I would then have to get it refunded again if it does not work. Having said that if anyone can clarify the patch has fixed it please let me know asap and call this post "answered".
