Trouble Downloading Games

I am trying to get a new game in the Microsoft Store, but every time that i try to download it it keeps giving me an error code of Q0ndOkHqjUS4fswy and then the numbers vary. What do I do?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Go to your Games (Xbox Home -> System -> Storage) and delete the incomplete file and try re-starting the download either from the marketplace or your downloads list.

1. I am not enrolled in the Xbox insider program, 2. i do not get any error code when test my network settings.

This is occurring on multiple games. The game i am trying to install is Call Of Duty: Warzone. And I am trying to download this on my Xbox one.

You will have to buy it on your console/profile because you don't own the game. It will only work on your cousin's account.
