Trouble downloading free Xbox One Games With Gold games

I can not download this month’s Games With Gold title, Batman:The Telltale Games Series. Each time I try to click the “Get” button, nothing happens. I have ran into this before but usually can get the download started after trying the next day. This time
I’ve had no such luck after a few days of trying. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm also having trouble with Forza Horizon - I want to download the free game with Xbox Live Gold but there's something wrong with the marketplace page and no way to download the game. I've go one very disappointed boy waiting to play the game. Not impressive.

This happened to me the other day when I attempted to download an app. I followed this exact process and it worked like a charm. It's a pretty handy work-around!

Im having the same problem with mine, it also effected installing free map packs!!

However, i found a work around!!

1. Click the trolley and add to Cart

2. Checkout

3. Buy now (even thought its free!)

4. Under 'My Games and Apps' find the game under ready to install

5. Click Install.

This problem has been going on and yoi can try to get it on your pc and try to force install the gamr to the xbox

Have you tried remote installing it from the Microsoft store?
