Trouble downloading expansion pass

I recently bought destiny and the expansion pass for him to play at his moms house. When he got home it will not let him download the expansion because his account is a child's account. Is there anything I can do? We already have it on my Xbox so I can't
login under his name at my house and download it.

Help Please!

Hi,

I'm having trouble downloading the destiny expansion pass on my brothers xbox 360.

I bought him a code for Xmas which I redeemed for him & he now has £35 sat in his Microsoft Account, he already has Destiny & because he has a kids account set up it's not letting me download the expansion pass.

How do I get around this?

latest patch breaks xbox one live connection.

Just remembered. Before it started happening I had downloaded both expansion packs for Destiny because I noticed they said install in the store.

I have the expansion pass installed and the darkness below content was working before downloading the actual expansion from the store so I don't think downloading the individual expansions is necessary if you have the pass.

I'm now wondering if it's possible that having the expansion pass as well as the individual expansions themselves installed could be causing it to glitch.

I uninstalled them and hoping the problem doesn't happen again

If he was unable to use the code and it is still valid to use you could try having his mom set up an account on the console (if she doesn't have one already) and download the code to her gamertag (make sure she sets the console as Home for her tag). Then
it can be shared.

Did you get the Season Pass?

If you did you may need to re-download this before you attempt to re-download the expansions.

If you're still having trouble then at the top of these forums there's a tab for Support.

Use it to get some help from people who work for Microsoft.
