Trouble downloading Dark Souls 1

Hi,

I'm mostly curious if anyone else is having this issue. I go to Dark Souls in the Xbox One marketplace, and there is no option to download the game. All that it says is a small message stating Dark Souls is currently not available. I know this isn't true
because it has said that same message for a month or two now. Any ideas or help would be appreciated I really want to play the game.

Can't download from live

I'm having a problem downloading Dark Souls 1 from the preordering of Dark Souls 3. I went to download it and when i look in the download queue it wasn't there. Not sure what to do, someone please help or point me in the right direction.

Do you see the game on your Ready to Install section by any chance?

Also can you check if Dark Souls 1 appears on "My Games" section from the Xbox website.
