Trouble downloading BYUTV app to my Xbox 360

The BYUtv app is not in the Apps on my Xbox so I logged into my account on my laptop and got the app but it did not list my Xbox as an available device. How can I download this app to my Xbox?

XONE Smartglass app not in store

Hi, I'm having trouble downloading the Xbox One Smartglass app on my Surface Tablet.

When I search "Smartglass" in the Windows store, the only thing I can find is the Xbox 360 Smartglass app. I've tried doing it via the internet, but when I click on the 'Go to Windows Store' button on the website, the Store app starts, but it doesn't go
to the download page for the Smartglass app.

Is the app not available on Windows Surface Tablets or is there something wrong? Thanks in advance!

Fwiw re-downloading (from Xbox 360 home go to the app, select app details, then download again) just fixed this issue for me on my 360. It was working fine on my Xbox One but then I started getting the error on my 360 yesterday.

You can try searching the Microsoft Store for the app, and go through the process of downloading/installing. If you have previously purchased the app, you can find it in your Purchase or Download history.

I can also see the system requirements message on my screen. It may be due to regional restrictions with their services. My best advice would be to contact BYUTV's Customer Support for further help, if neither of these suggestions work out.
