    Trouble downloading AW


    Hello members of the Xbox community. Yesterday I purchased the Advanced Warfare Xbox One bundle (as an early Christmas present for myself) and the bundle itself is great but I am having trouble downloading the Advanced Warfare Limited Edition Digital Content
    Bundle. So far I have entered the 25 digit code, to no avail. Nothing came up about the game nor the bundle, so I re-entered the code and it recognised the code but said that the code has already been used, I've tried to see if I can download the Advanced
    Warfare game and the bundle from the Xbox Store but it says it will cost $72 and $126, respectively and asks me to add a credit card. I'm not sure what is wrong and I'm not good at troubleshooting since I have never owned an Xbox previously. If this has happened
    to anybody else any sort of help would be appreciated. Thank you and hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and happy holidays.

    Sunset overdrive decided to delete itself after installing the midnight update (digital)

    This just happen to me with AW. Hopefully it finish downloading before the release

    Yeah I know the type. But this is awful. Never have I had this much trouble in a cod game.

    Same problem here. MS was able to take the $ for the digital download, but the download never starts and I just get a message that says the "Title can't be downloaded."

    AWFUL DOWNLOAD SPEED

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
