Trouble downloading a game

I recently bought NFS: Undercover and I have been trying to download it. My hard drive doesn't have enough space for the game (5.2gb), and neither does my memory unit. I plugged a flashdrive into my console, and when I tried to download the game again, there
was no option to change my storage device. I need help.

I bought crysis on the marketplace and whenever I try to download it it says "can't download crysis". How can I fix this?

First, does your accoung region match your actual physical location? If not, then it is likely a region coding issue. If they do match, try clearing your cache:

» Go to Settings

» Select Storage

» Press "Y"

» Select Clear System Cache.

Sometimes it helps to do this 3 times in a row.

Cancel the download then head to your download history. When you select the game again you should have the option to change the storage device.

Settings>Accounts>Download History on the console.

If that doesn't work you may need to delete something from your hard drive to make space.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Go to your Games (Xbox Home -> System -> Storage) and delete the incomplete file and try re-starting the download either from the marketplace or your downloads list.

1. I am not enrolled in the Xbox insider program, 2. i do not get any error code when test my network settings.

This is occurring on multiple games. The game i am trying to install is Call Of Duty: Warzone. And I am trying to download this on my Xbox one.

You will have to buy it on your console/profile because you don't own the game. It will only work on your cousin's account.
