trouble downloading a game I payed for

hey so, I purchased Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi on my birthday with the Microsoft points I bought, I tried downloading it, but it only says "can't download" and I have tried every possible method to fix this, cleared cache, deleted the game and tried
re downloading, and all of that at once, somebody told me if I call Microsoft they send me a disk copy, and I want what I paid for.

Forza Horizon Ultimate Edition, can not download the extra packs on the X-BOX One

Hi there,

Any one with the same problem?

Did have trouble by downloading the game at the first place, later I found the same issue with downloading the extra packs! At the console I need to buy the extra packs although I payed for them!! when I look at my account on my laptop then I see that the
extra packs are payed for and should be able to download.

Tryed the Helpsupport by MS, It should be working when delete the game and install it again, tryed this several times but it didn't help.

It is possible that you do not have any room on your hard drive left. Try deleting some unused items from your hard drive and try re-downloading.

I have and it just asks me to pay again. There is no way to download Genkibowl VII, The Trouble With Clones and
Gangstas in Space since the Xbox store demands payment and the in game version can only download to the 360.

You're probably having the same issue I did. I always used Microsoft money, never a credit card and for some reason my account was locked for 3-4 weeks. Call support and get your case escalated to the Advocacy Team.

I think I read some where today that Xbox is having troubles with people who are downloading digital content since this past week or so. If you already haven't; I would delete the game and re-download it (You don't have to pay a second time because the
purchase should have already been confirmed.) If you've all ready done that; I would wait a week or two then re-download the game.
