Trouble downloading a digital game

Hello Hectorgomez83, if your console is connected to the internet over Wi-Fi, try schanging it to network cable for greater stability.

Once you've done that, turn on the console and try to download the game, but don't pause the installation, or turn off the console, when you start installing the game wait for it to finish by 100%.

If it continues to interrupt or not finish the installation, do the procedure below and try reinstalling the game again.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

update: my apologies, just learned that games get removed from the game pass as well. thanks to all of you anyway for the assistance.
