    Trouble connecting to xbox live


    I'm having trouble connecting to Xbox live.

    On the homepage it says connect to Xbox live, when i go to network settings I'm connected to my internet but the nat type says unavailable and service information is unavailable, its not my internet as its working on my laptop and ps4s and its not my account
    because i can use it on xbox live for windows 10.

    the network connection test is successful, but the multiplayer connection test says it was unable to be completed and the detailed test only shows a connection strength.

    I've tried hard resetting my Xbox and resetting my router, clearing mac address but nothing works, this only occurs at night and has been happening for a few weeks every night at around 9-11pm, everything is fine during the day after about 10am

    I cant use any apps as it doesn't sync data or some apps like youtube dont even load, then gives me an error message that i cant find and information with. Sometimes i reset the Xbox and it changes the time back to 17:01.

    I've spoke to Xbox through online chat and they said to phone my provider and ask them to open the ports but i don't think that will do anything as they are open during the day, thanks for any help, this is becoming quite bothersome.

    Actually i think it may be something my brother has done to the internet to affect my xbox because i just used the same internet from my laptop using mobile hotspot and xbox liv is working through this

    Sorry to hear you're having connection trouble. Seems to be a connection trouble with the XBOX Live servers. I am having the same problems too. Please be patient and hopefully it will be back up soon.
