Trouble connecting to Xbox Live

I had been playing for about 2 hours today and then I turned off my Xbox to do a couple things. Came back to play AW but it kept saying there was an error so I signed out and reset my router but now I can't even sign into live! My network status says the
fallowing services are experiencing is: Purchase and Content usage and Xbox live core services. what's going on?

 

May I ask what you see when it disconnects you, is there any error message or code?

Do you have another location, ( family or friends house) you can connect it and see if you get the same issue?

I know you said the Ethernet cable was OK but have you tried changing it out for a new one just in case it is unseen damage?

Have you tried removing any external memory devices or the HDD and see if it gives the same issue?

 

Having same issue. Connects fine every time. Disconnects in a few minutes everytime. Connection test has no errors.

 

I have contacted support 3 times for this and still nothing...If i am able to connect to XBL within 3 minutes I get disconnected. I have done port forwarding, cleared my cache, updated my security, reset to factory settings, deleted my profile and redownloaded
it. I don't know what else to do. I checked my ethernet cord since I am hardwired and it is fine, everything that is connected to my router through wifi is still connected but my xbox keeps kicking me.
