    Trouble Connecting to Xbox Live


    I am having trouble connecting to Xbox Live despite being able to a mere hour ago. I have tried hard resetting my Xbox one, unplugging my router, directly plugging my Xbox into the modem and it still won't connect.

    I have tried network troublingshooting and it says that a Xbox Live service is down but it doesnt indicate which one. I have also checked the Xbox Support page and it says all services are up and running fine

    It's not listed on the alert page for some reason, but Xbox support has tweeted that it is a known issue that is being worked on.

    Same problem here. It's been working fine all day. Now i can't connect to xbox live. The website says xbox live is up and running. I don't think that's true. I want a credit for day of service in my account.

    Sorry to hear you're having connection trouble. Seems to be a connection trouble with the XBOX Live servers. I am having the same problems too. Please be patient and hopefully it will be back up soon.
