    Won't connect to Netflix

    Has anyone had any trouble connecting your Xbox to Netflix app just keeps kicking off. And messenger won't work either

    Problems connecting to Netflix

    Just to clarify, you are having no trouble connecting to LIVE and using other features, it's just Netflix that is causing your issue? You can try deleting the app from your HDD, clearing the system cache, restarting, and trying to download and set up Netflix
    again. Does this help?

    Some movies arnt available for instant play, u have 2 rent them......did u try wacthing the same movie/show u jus wacthed to see if u could play it again? Id shut down both boxes sign back in and see if that fixes the issue.....make sure ur connection is
    good and if the problem persist it could b a netflix issue.....

    Ours has the same problem with Netflix and will disconnect from Live during a movie. I've tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and it still disconnects. Netflix works fine on all my other devices. No other devices drop the internet connect, only the
    Xbox 360. I'm paying for this service, why doesn't it work???
