Trouble connecting to live, downloadin profile

I hope the guys fixing this watch the threads?

Weird thing I noticed was playing UNO offline and tried to reconnect to live by downloading my profile and it seems to connect and pops up with update required but sticks on the swirling loading circle and never loads.

I thought someone mentioned that an update went out yesterday. I wasn't on and didn't receive any new updates.

Could be j nothing but hey who knows. Again only does it when I'm in the UNO game so not sure if it's trying to update UNO or the OS?

 

Also noticed 1 other change in my error status report

just spoke with microsoft it is on their end was on with them for almost 2hrs trouble shooting it. no luck they said to try signing back on later today but the are working on it.

 

Same problem here. Unable to logon all day.

 

ugh still no luck , counting the hours now

I have tried it on time Warner and watch tv in ohio but it's not a problem with the internet provider. There is some sorry of problem with XBL itself. They have s special notice staying that they are working on fixing it and to check back again in half an
hour. I have been checking all day but they don't tell you anything new our when they think itwell be resolved.

 

I think it's a problem w/ certain areas looks like mostly NY and NC and mostly TWC something w/how the 360 comms with xbl and twc because people who have the 360 and One can connect w/One but not 360? so it's not an easy issue to troubleshoot. reminds when
I doing support for international company not to be named when vpn kept crashing and took us a few hours to find out one pc was causing the crash because of a virus on that 1 pc. Would be up and running and as soon that pc logged in BOOM!! lol big network
issues are alot more tricky to nail down because of so many variables.

wow status page working again but now also issues w/ xbox.com and core services no longer says update in 30 mins! just says update when ever they figure it out lol. I guess today was not a good day to try and play some games. I normally wouldn't mind but
don't have many days like today where i'm totally free most of the day to play and now that time is up :-(

 

Microsoft needs to fix this. A horrible customer experience

 

If it doesn't start working by tomorrow, TWC and Microsoft will get serious complaints from customers.

North carolina been like this ALL DAY cant connect

I work all week and cant play my game that I pay 60 dollars a year for so I mean its kinda dumb

Do we get some kind of compensation for this

 

In Charlotte NC have TWC and having the same issue.
