Trouble connecting to live, downloadin profile

Hey my xbox keeps tellin me i cant download my profile and keeps coming up witht the alert message saying sorry, xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now then comes up with the code 8004005 what should i do :'(

I have an older XBOX 360 as well as a new Xbox 360 E, neither one can connect to XBL.

I originally thought it was a net issue, but all other devices in the house connect to the internet. (Desktop, Laptop, iPod Touch, iPhone, Android Phone)

 

North Carolina, Time Warner.

Same problem 2 separate xbox 360's 2 separate profiles. All other devices connect fine. ISP Told me it was Microsoft's fault and to wait it out.

 

Me too, in NY and have TWC.

Maybe it's because they're doing maintenance on LIVE.

 

I have twc and live in Rochester, New York and same for me can't connect to live on my 360 but my internet is working fine can someone tell me exactly what's going on?

 

I have a friend who has TWC and 20 min away from me and he says he can connect

I can even see he is online through the xbox website.

 

In NC with same problem, glad it's not just me. I've been trying for at least 5 hours now to connect with no luck.

They stated they're resolving it on the status page.

xbox 360 slim, in Syracuse with TWC. Same error code.

 

TN and having the same problem. It's getting frustrating when this happens about every time I try and log on.

 

Syracuse NY, Time Warner as well. Same issue.

Spoke to customer service over chat and got the answer that the issue is with TW and the way 360 connects of something like that. Apparently that's why the One is not impacted.

Said issue would be fixed with in "30min to a few hours". Might be a conspiracy to get me to play my xbox one, I guess.

 

This is why I play MC on PC when not on Xbox so I have something to keep me occupied lol
